Job Overview
Location: Milano, Duomo.
The resource will support Gutteridge, part of the Capri group, a prestigious men's clothing brand.
Responsibilities
- Sale and support to customers during their purchases.
- Fidelity of customers to the brand, acting as ambassadors.
- Execute operational activities of the store in accordance with corporate policies.
- Know sales targets and store KPIs.
- Collaborate productively with the entire team.
- Customer reception, satisfaction and loyalty.
- Replenishment and organization of sales areas and warehouse.

Ideal Profile
- 1 year of experience in structured corporate settings in men’s apparel, good organizational skills, natural aptitude for assisted sales and interpersonal relationships.
- Knowledge of tailored products is a bonus.




- Good English proficiency and familiarity with Office suite, flexibility, availability and motivation.

Contract Type
Fixed‑term.
Working Hours & CCNL
Tempo pieno 40 hours, with scheduled shift system (weekly shift organization 5 days out of 7 except during specific commercial periods). Commerce.
Remuneration
€25,000 – 30,000, employee discount in all Gutteridge and Alcott brand stores.
