Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting Food and Beverage Intern.
Reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B; service in any of our outlets.
- This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
- The starting date is estimated in July/August/September.

Responsibilities
- Support the F&B; team in the daily operations of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events.
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional, courteous, and personalized manner.
- Learn and consistently apply Marriott International and Luxury Collection service standards.
- Assist with outlet setup and breakdown, including mise en place and table preparations.
- Support food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Contribute to creating memorable and personalized guest experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries.




- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop knowledge of menus, beverage offerings, and local culinary experiences to confidently engage with guests.

Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage service.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- At good knowledge of Italian and English.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
