Graduate Area/Shift Manager Delivery Operations – permanent on‐site position at an Amazon Operations centre in Italy. Relocation support will be provided as needed. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team in one of the following FC operational areas: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack or Ship. Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes to ensure quick, accurate, and cost‐effective customer order fulfillment. Provide training and integration for new team members.
