Littelfuse is seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Director to lead the finance function for a Semiconductor Business Unit. Reporting directly to the VP Finance, Semiconductor BU, and with a strong dotted line to the Business Unit General Manager, this role is a key member of the leadership team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, driving financial performance,



and leading a global finance organization. Strategic Finance Leadership
Develop short- and long-term financial strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
R&D; efficiency and investment prioritization
Lead the evolution of the finance function, including:
Support M&A; activities, including due diligence, ROI analysis, and integration

Financial Planning, Analysis & Insights
Provide forward-looking insights to support decision-making and investment priorities
Lead and develop a high-performing global finance organization across:
FP&A;
Commercial finance
Coach, develop, and retain top talent
Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and reporting integrity
Partner with Corporate Finance to strengthen global financial governance
Challenge assumptions and ensure alignment of investments with strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven finance leader
