Title: Addetto/a Vendita Tempo parziale (Chocolate Advisor)
Location: Lindt Store Mantova Village, Italy. Work Hours: 24 hours per week (part‑time).
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in a unique shopping experience, understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate products.
- Assist clients in a tasting experience through the products offered in the corner bar and gelateria.
- Use company documentation and training resources to stay updated on product characteristics and deepen knowledge of chocolate.

Qualifications
- High‑school diploma or university degree.
- Preferable previous experience, even brief, in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Customer orientation and focus on results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team working ability.




- Professional appearance.
- Availability during weekends and holidays.

Contract and Compensation
Contract type: subordinated fixed‑term contract, level 5 CCNL Commercio, Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
Salary: Annual gross salary (RAL) at level 5, prorated for part‑time. Additional components include meal vouchers and company chocolate gifts.
