Sales Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support planning and forecasting processes (volume, revenue, discounts, costs)
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management and planning meetings
- Conduct variance analyses, cost center reports, and benchmarking
- Develop and implement monitoring tools and reports to track margins and ROI
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making, including identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities
- Continuously optimise controlling processes and tools in close collaboration with the team
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management

Profile
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a high affinity for numbers




- Professional experience in controlling is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Interest in data analysis and enthusiasm for developing improvements
- Initiative and ability to work in a team
- Very good English, German and Italian language skills
