About The Role




We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Milan office and become the operational backbone of our commercial engine. This is a hands‑on, data‑first role: you’ll spend most of your day inside spreadsheets, dashboards, and our CRM, turning raw data into insights that drive sales and business decisions.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to make sure our revenue processes run cleanly and the right data reaches the right people at the right time. If you’ve thrived in a startup or scale‑up where things move fast and you had to figure things out yourself, you’ll feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Ownership: Keep our CRM accurate and up to date - pipeline hygiene, deal stage management, data quality. You’re the person who notices when something’s off and fixes it, improve efficiency of the tool and enforce compliance across the commercial team.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain the dashboards and reports that give Sales and leadership visibi
