You will mentor Sommeliers, collaborate with the culinary team, and drive profitability with operating excellence while upholding Aman’s hospitality standards.
You will curate a world-class wine program, manage the cellar, optimise stock and pricing, and deliver personalised guest experiences with exceptional service and knowledge.
