Change Manager
We are searching for an experienced Change Manager at our Italie facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
You are CHANGE MANAGER
For one of our Top Customer in Luxury & Retail, we are looking for a Change Manager to work on different sites in Italy.
But what will your role be?
You will support our client on the deployment of a new IT Tool in order to meet his strategic challenges and to align the information systems with the strategy.
As such, your main activities will be:
Design the change:
Follow up of the tool deployment in Italy,
Training and change management
Communication:
Newsletter, events, rituals, internal web site, videos, etc …
What this experience will bring you?
You will be at the heart of a project to support decisions. You will gain skills in project management activities in a demanding Luxury and Retail environment and will contribute to large-scale projects with high added value.
What we are looking for in you?
You are a graduate of an engineering school or a university master's degree;
You have proven experience in Supply Chain,
IT Projects, Digital Transformations and Change Management, ideally in an Luxury sector
Leader and determined, you are a force of persuasion and know how to mobilize and federate your interlocutors around a common objective
Your level of English allows you to evolve in an international environment.
