We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Production Project Manager. The role is responsible for the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production. They ensure that technical solutions and processes agreed with all stakeholders meet technical, quality requirements and planning constraints Additionally, they are in overall charge of defining the best feasible technical solutions and providing documentation and support to production departments.
Job Description
Production Project Management
Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the projects, including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events.
Work with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility).
Work with Production Planning Department to set deadlines and targets and to optimize lead times.
Work with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., ecc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality.
Work with Production Departments stakeholders (Head of, Team Leaders, Group Leaders) to optimize lead time and improve quality.
Collaborate with Head of Production Engineering in mentoring Production Project Managers.
Provide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects.
