Accountabilities:

As a Python Coding Specialist,



you will help train and improve AI models by applying your software engineering expertise to real-world technical challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with AI models on advanced Python programming tasks, software engineering scenarios, and technical evaluations.
- Reviewing generated code for accuracy, efficiency, readability, and alignment with software development best practices.
- Testing model responses across areas such as algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, APIs, cloud systems, and debugging.
- Identifying errors, documenting reproducible failure cases, and providing detailed feedback to improve model performance.
- Supporting the refinement of evaluation methods and prompt engineering strategies through technical insights.
- Communicating technical reasoning clearly by explaining approaches, decisions, and improvements.
