The opportunity:
Hitachi Energy is looking for a Sales & Marketing Strategy Specialist to support the country organization in defining, deploying, and monitoring its sales and marketing strategy.

In this high-impact role, you will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication. You will support Sales and Marketing Management, the Country Managing Director, and regional stakeholders by providing market analysis, business insights, strategic recommendations, and structured communication materials.

You will play a key role in country budgeting, strategic planning, market positioning, and business performance monitoring. Through your analytical capabilities and strategic thinking, you will help ensure alignment between local priorities, regional direction, and global business objectives.

How you'll make an impact:




- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions.
- Support the Country Managing Director in developing and monitoring strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Drive and coordinate country budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive execution
- Represent Hitachi Energy with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions
- You will develop and implement country strategic plans aligned with Hitachi Energy's global and regional objectives
