Accountabilities:

As a Customer Success Manager,



you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, improving adoption, and ensuring customers achieve successful outcomes through the platform and services. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges, identify opportunities, and continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of customers, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Monitor customer health, proactively address risks, and manage assigned customer cases.
- Respond to customer requests and provide timely, effective solutions within the customer success scope.
- Conduct enablement sessions, product demonstrations, and escalation calls to support adoption and customer growth.
- Manage customer escalations by collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
