Northstrat is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Production Technician to build, test, and deliver systems for our production contract to produce and maintain space electronic warfare systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, integrating, and testing systems ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. Must have experience manufacturing RF-based electronic systems, as well as instructor experience to provide instruction to junior production technicians on an as needed basis. As a Senior Production Technician, you will be a primary frontline responsible individual for production support in our factory. Tasks include regularly scheduled production activities involving the hands‐on build‐up and integration of electronic equipment, completion of acceptance tests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, packing and shipping of systems, as well as aiding with next generation production planning. Additional duties include administratively tracking production tasks and assets in our ticketing system for proper documentation,



along with configuration management and test reports. In this role, you must maintain flexibility in mission expectations and requirements and be able to follow through on various tasks that are required to build, integrate, and test quality systems for delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to work on site in Northern Virginia with limited opportunities to work from home due to the hands‐on nature of this position.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with production, logistics, and facility managers on material availability, production schedule, delivery need dates, and steps throughout the production process.
Aid with production planning for multiple system designs.
Build and integrate electronic equipment.
Complete production checklists and acceptance test procedures in coordination with quality assurance.
Identify and help resolve problems with production goods.
