As a Specialist on the Bologna team, you will actively contribute to the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities Manage your floor comprehensively, covering one or more of the four key product categories: makeup,
skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection.
Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to the store's commercial and HR strategy.
Monitor and analyze team KPIs, and motivate the team to achieve results.
Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
Train new hires and guide their growth in collaboration with Managers.
Interact openly with diverse groups, building relationships within and beyond the organization. Highlight wins, celebrate successes, and cr
