GBS Order To Cash Specialist

Your role We are looking for a GBS specialist in managing sales audit and account receivable activities in the retail area, specifically for the Iberia region.
Main Responsibilities Daily check, release and correction of the sales flow from the cash register to the accounting
Daily monitoring of the correct bank statements posting in ReconNet system
Sales reconciliation with incoming payments. Investigations with the store for shortages discrepancy
Report for variances, reconciled and outstanding items that to share with the subsidiaries
Management and reconciliations of specific tools used in the stores (Voucher, Gift cards, Health insurances, Warranties, Subscriptions)
Management of sales and collection of incoming payments for customers not classified as final consumers (department stores, franchisee, TP companies)




Main Requirements Fluent English and possibly good knowledge of a second foreign language (Spanish preferable)
Good attitude in problem solving and relationship with other teams
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other tools of reconciliation
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
