Your Role:
Assist Italian‐speaking customers by phone, chat, or email
Provide friendly, helpful support for everyday questions
Troubleshoot with patience and empathy (training included)
Work with international teams and represent global brands
Requirements:
Fluent Italian speaker (C1/C2)
Conversational English (B2)




Comfortable with computers and willing to learn
Positive, adaptable, and ready for a change
Open to relocation starting September
