Within Eaton's Electrical portfolio, the Vacuum Interrupter product line is a key medium‐voltage technology supporting circuit breakers, contactors, and switchgear solutions.
To support the growth of this business, we are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive end‐to‐end business development for Vacuum Interrupter and related products. The role focuses on commercial strategy, go‐to‐market execution, and channel development, working closely with internal sales teams, distributors, agents, and switchgear partners.
The position covers Italy and surrounding countries and is accountable for achieving sales, margin, market share, and profit plan targets in alignment with regional and global stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Own revenue, margin, and profitability targets for the Vacuum Interrupter product line,
driving sales growth across trade and intercompany business in line with profit plans and new‐product business cases.
Define and execute mid‐ to long‐term commercial strategies to optimize sales performance, margins, and market share across the assigned countries.
Collaborate cross‐functionally with Operations (Suzhou plant), Global Engineering, Regional and Local Sales, and Product Management to ensure the right product offering and fast customer response times, supporting the CPCD strategy.
Develop and activate indirect sales channels, including partner programs such as Powered by Eaton Technology, by identifying and enabling key switchgear partners in the region.
Act as the primary commercial and technical interface for customers, supporting key accounts with product positioning, channel strategy, and technical guidance.
Leverage market and customer insights by monitoring trends and competitor activity, and translating V
