Are you ready to dive into the heart of strategic decision‐making at one of Europe's leading banks? The Group Strategy & Benchmarking office in Milan is seeking driven, curious, and passionate interns to join our team. You'll work alongside a dynamic group of professionals, gaining hands‐on exposure to the fast‐paced world of European banking and contributing to shaping UniCredit's strategic direction through the lens of corporate finance and strategic analysis.
Benchmark Group and Divisional financial performance against top European peers to uncover strategic insights.
Analyze share‐price trends using most relevant valuation techniques (fundamental and relative).
Contribute to high‐impact special projects that influence Group‐wide decisions.




Strong academic track record in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science—enrollment in a Master's program is a strong plus.
Genuine enthusiasm for capital markets and corporate finance.
Excellent command of English and a proactive mindset.
Real‐world experience in corporate finance within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) sector (optional).
