Position Summary Defining and achieving sales targets for assigned customers
Identifying new opportunities related to OEM and dealer customers served directly by Italian plants
Participating in defining the customer development strategy and related applications in the assigned area
Collaborating with colleagues who are specialists in application solutions or product development to refine the search for and realization of new business opportunities
Job Position and Requirements Education: High School 5 years related experience in Sales Department
Professional Background:
Technical training and/or experience in the hydraulic sector
At least 5 years' experience in the hydraulic/off-highway technical sales sector
Hard Skills:
Technical sales experience in hydraulics/off-highway/industrial sectors
Good knowledge of English
MS Office software package
Willingness to travel – mainly within the country, occasionally abroad
Ability to interact with other company departments
Considered as a plus:
Knowledge of Hydraulic products
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Hydraulic/Economics (is a plus)
Advanced MS Excel
Soft Skills:
Versatility and ability to manage complex situations
