BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for Italian and international customers. You will handle inquiries, orders, accounts, and product information across phone, email, chat, and other channels, delivering proactive and empathetic solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, document interactions, and stay up-to-date with our products and policies. A relocation package and onsite work are offered to support your onboarding.
