We are looking for a Head Of Marketing & Sales - BU Pasta Sauces , a strategic and cross-functional role responsible for driving category growth across multiple markets.



The person will be based in our Headquarter in Parma.
Main responsibilities
Market, Consumer & Category Strategy
Analyse food consumption trends, consumer behaviours, competitor positioning, pricing and innovation landscapes
Identify opportunities for new product launches and range extensions
Define category growth objectives and marketing mix (product, price, promotion, placement) in alignment with international markets
Build business cases and category P&L; ownership, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
Innovation & Product Development Leadership
Coordinate with R&D;, production and markets to develop and optimise products
Manage innovation gate processes and ensure cross-functional readiness
Oversee concept development, packaging, artwork, naming, claims and brand coherence across markets
Cross-Functional & Cross-Market Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Planning and Proc
