Job Summary Office & Facility Assistant
Location: Sesto San Giovanni, Milano, LOM, IT – onsite, full‐time position offering opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for office and facility operations, ensuring smooth day‐to‐day site functioning.
Welcome visitors and manage reception activities.
Coordinate facilities, suppliers and internal services to support teams and maintain a professional, positive environment.
Collaborate closely with local stakeholders and handle administrative and logistical tasks.
Help deliver an efficient workplace experience for colleagues, visitors and partners.
Qualifications Several years of experience in a similar office or facilities role within a corporate environment.
Intermediate level English and clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and comfort with systems and administrative processes.
A proactive,



communicative, well‐organised approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary range: 26,750 – 40,000 EUR.
