Join our Operations team and play a key role in ensuring the availability of spare parts and service kits by coordinating production schedules, inventory accuracy, and material availability. Your Responsibilities
Spare Parts and Kit Production Scheduling: Create and maintain a detailed production schedule based on subassemblies and service spare parts plans, release manufacturing work orders, release manufacturing work orders and perform bi-daily material feasibility analysis to meet production and service delivery timelines, monitor schedule compliance, identify root causes for deviations, and implement corrective actions. For missing materials coordinate material transfers from other warehouses or provide input to buyers.
Inventory management:

perform root cause analysis on stock mismatch resulting from 3PL daily cycle count and delta stock report consulting SAP and WMS system, and perform SAP adjustments according to internal inventory procedures. Weekly check of pending open Stock Transfer Order and Delivery notes and resolution.
Support on service item returns: daily support to external service warehouse for return of broken parts
Daily relationship: Spare Parts Team, Service Team, Service Quality Team, Production Team, 3PL Team
Your Background
Bachelor's degree or High School diploma
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with SAP
Experience with WMS systems
Customer-oriented mindset, strong prioritization skills, curiosity, flexibility, teamwork and collaboration
