As Investment Operations manager, you will be responsible for the design, governance, and continuous enhancement of operational processes and data management activities within the Investment Department.
In this role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of the data architecture supporting investment operations, analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes. You will ensure the implementation and monitoring of data quality controls to guarantee reliable, accurate, and timely information, while continuously enhancing the Investment Department's data repository and reporting infrastructure.
You will also be responsible for the operational framework required to execute investment activities, ensuring its ongoing evolution to support new asset classes, investment mandates, and product initiatives.
In addition, you will manage relationships with technical service providers, oversee operational budgets, and supervise the administrative and control activities necessary to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices from providers, asset managers, custodians,
and other operational counterparties.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the investment database, including the management of data flows and the production of reporting.
Define, maintain, and develop the data architecture supporting investment analysis and reporting, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers.
Manage technology requests and system enhancements to ensure the effective functioning of the Investment Department's operational processes.
Design and oversee data governance processes, ensuring consistency, integrity, and traceability of investment data across systems and reporting environments.
Identify and promote automation and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
