In line with Corporate guidelines, the New Markets (NEM) Groups Coordinator drives revenue performance of the Groups segment by leading business planning activities and optimizing revenue strategies to maximize profitability and target achievement.

The role operates within the Revenue Management (RM) organization working closely with Commercial team to translate strategy into clear action plans, track performance, identify revenue opportunities and ensure activities are aligned with budget and forecast targets, delivering results against defined KPIs.
Key Accountabilities
Support the execution of Groups policies, procedures, and promotional initiatives, working closely with Revenue Management, Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure full alignment with commercial objectives;
Continuously analyse the Groups performance, identifying opportunities, risks and constraints in order to support the achievement of sales targets;
Contribute to the definition and execution of the business plan in coordination with Revenue and Sales teams, participating in weekly alignment calls with NEM teams, Corporate, and local Markets;
