Client Advisor
The Mall Firenze (Leccio Outlet)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to €28,000 per year, based on experience and profile.
Full‐Time Role: 40 hours per week.
Fixed‐term contract until December 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Keep up-to-date with product collections and develop deep product knowledge.
Assist with daily operations including floor maintenance, stockroom management, and visual merchandising.
Deliver excellent customer service, managing the client journey, after‐sales and building client relationships.
Act as brand ambassador and curate the client experience.
Requirements / Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in premium or luxury fashion/retail.
Experience working with KPIs, CRM, and client appointments.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong interpersonal, communication and clienteling skills.
