Key Responsibilities
Master the MLC methodology and consistently deliver high-quality training sessions, both online and in person, across corporate environments and public events.
Adapt and customize training content and exercises based on audience type, industry context, and client objectives, ensuring tailored learning experiences.
Facilitate dynamic and engaging training sessions by using storytelling, practical demonstrations, real business use cases, and interactive tools.
Manage group energy and attention by observing verbal and non-verbal cues, adjusting pacing, incorporating breaks, and keeping participants focused and motivated.
