Role Overview Lead the site's electricity automation (e‐a) and digital function, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation of production assets while building a high‐performing technical team.
Key Responsibilities Define and execute the site's e‐a and digital strategy in line with nestlé standards and local regulations.
Lead, coach and develop a team of e‐a professionals, technicians and contractors.
Drive factory automation and digitalisation initiatives (Industry4.0), including PLC, SCADA and OT/IT integration.
Manage capital investment projects from concept through commissioning and hand‐over.
Oversee specifications, design reviews, FAT/SAT, implementation, training and start‐up support.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and cybersecurity requirements.
Maintain asset reliability, lifecycle management and continuous improvement programmes.

Lead root‐cause analysis and corrective actions for critical failures.
Required Experience & Skills 7‐10years in electrical engineering, automation or digital/industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership of technical teams and external partners.
Experience delivering capital projects from design to commissioning.
Strong knowledge of electrical installations, automation platforms, PLCs, SCADA and industrial networks.
Familiarity with process control, instrumentation and OT/IT cybersecurity (highly desirable).
Fluency in Italian and English.
