Overview
The Large Accounts Manager – Northwest Italy is responsible for managing strategic and premium accounts, developing new business with major FMCG customers, and covering the geographic area of Large Accounts customers in the northwest region of Italy. This field‑based role involves regular travel to client sites and requires strong relationship management and business development skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of active and prospective accounts, dedicating about 60% of time to growing existing key accounts and 40% to hunting new business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for large, strategic customers, building long‑term relationships with major FMCG accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Northwest Italy territory.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support customer needs and drive account growth.
- Use CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, to manage pipeline and account activity.
- Travel up to 3 days per week within the assigned territory, including 2–3 nights away from home.

Qualifications




- Minimum 5 years of commercial, sales, or key account management experience, preferably in an industrial, B2B, or OEM environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Native or fluent Italian; fluent English required.
- Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Compensation is offered under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio), with a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €40,000 to €55,000, paid over 14 mont
