As Manufacturing Machining Operations Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating activities of the hourly teams within the cell
- Developing, coordinating, leading, and executing daily production plan
- Defining shift schedules on the product lines according to the production plan and operator skills
- Managing people presence in terms of vacation, shift change, and hours absence
- Achieving the highest safety levels in the production line
- Guaranteeing performance KPI targets: CoQ, HSE, on-time delivery, OEE, and DL hours development
- Managing training and operator skills to respond to workload needs
- Collaborating with other functions (e.g., ENG, UTOF, MPE) on resolution of nonconformity
- Supporting cell leaders in strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred)
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Supervision




- Fluency in oral and written English and effective communication skills
- Good teamwork, mediation, relationship‑building, and influencing skills
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
- Proven analytical and organizational ability

Pay Range: EUR43,526.02–59,400 (Italy)
Collective Agreement: Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti, SectionVI – TitoloIV related to pay.
