Pay Rate The annual base salary range for this position is TBD. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Position Location Naples, Italy (On-Site) Telework/Work-from-Home Authorized Yes When Authorized/Hybrid About The Role The Site Manager shall be the primary representative and have full authority to act on matters pertaining to the performance of services under this contract. Additional Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Meet Do D Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) qualification requirements. Planning, scheduling, and supervision of day-to-day activities of employees, contract compliance, facility security, COMSEC management, contingency planning (e.g., natural disasters, civil disturbances,
power outages, and bomb threats), Cyber Security, and administration/oversight of Quality Control and 3 M programs. Perform other duties, as assigned. Experience Requirements Possess a minimum of ten (10) years' experience, within the last 15 years in SHF, EHF and/or UHF satellite earth terminal system operation and maintenance. Possess six (6) years' experience, within the last 15 years in SHF, EHF and/or UHF satellite earth terminal site management, administration, and supervision of personnel operating, maintaining and providing logistical support to an SHF, EHF or UHF military or commercial facility of similar size and mission. Knowledge of DISA, DSCS, Navy, MUOS, OSHA and EPA directives applicable to communications station operations.
