ReeVo in Italy seeks a Customer Experience Manager to own end‑to‑end service delivery for large corporate clients within the Customer Success Center. You will act as the primary contact for performance, quality and contract compliance, bridging customers and internal technical teams to drive retention.
Fluent Italian and English, strong negotiation and cross‑functional collaboration skills are essential, with hybrid work from Vimercate (MB) and surrounding areas.
