FICUS Health is seeking an Italian market-entry leader to validate the market, secure lighthouse partnerships, and build the local team from day one. You will report directly to the founding team and operate as a senior individual contributor while shaping market-entry decisions.
The role is remote within Italy with regular travel to Berlin and across the country, evolving into full operational and P&L; responsibility as Italy scales.
