The position of Senior Quality Manager will report to the Global Development & Quality Director.
Responsibilities:
Build and drive the quality strategy, to meet business and customers' requirements.
Drive quality culture and continuous improvement within the global development team, sites, suppliers.
Manage and monitor internal and external non-conformances and customer complaints to drive performance and aid effective communication to our internal and external customers.
Take the lead, execute, and implement quality management system in conformance to ISO 9001 and other standards.
Manage a multilocated team IT-US ensuring applying harmonized quality procedures and standards.
Ensure cross-functional management with development, procuremenr, regulatory and supply chain team.
Build effective relationships with business partners to offer support to internal customers, driving best in class quality excellence.
Requirements:




BSc degree or higher in scientific orientation (chemistry, biochemistry, food industry) or confirmed similar experience; 5 to 10 years' experience as manager in a quality role.
Experience in management of quality management systems.
Good knowledge in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22716).
Excellent communication skills adaptable to different stakeholders.
Rigorous and data-driven; able to make decisions autonomously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent with informatic skills (Office Suite, MS Business Central, SAP, others).
Technically knowledge in cosmetic/packaging procedures, physical measurements, standard tests.
Fluent in English and French (C1 level).
