Job Summary
Aero Alliance Europe Finance Specialist responsible for the accuracy and quality of financial reporting, revenue recognition and controls. Acts as the first point of contact for finance processes at European sites (mainly Norway) and reports directly to the Aero Alliance Europe Shop Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead the closing processes and perform accounts reconciliations.
- Analyze and explain actual versus budget variances.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual forecasts of the main financials.
- Partner with the Finance Leader & Operations to ensure alignment on operational and strategic issues.
- Partner with the JV Controllership team to ensure consistency of accounting processes, drive controllership awareness throughout the operating team, ensure financial compliance and uphold the Company’s commitment to integrity.
- Support the Service Centre Operations Team to deliver financial commitments, cost productivity and financial rigor.
- Articulate commercial & financial risks and opportunities.
- Work effectively with different stakeholders (Leadership,



Operations and other Finance functions) inside and outside the JV to proactively drive initiatives.
- Prepare and submit State‑required statistical reporting.
- Partner with GE and BHGE Corporate teams, shared services supporting the JV and external auditors to ensure excellence of operational & processes including statutory and tax filing, audit processes and account reconciliations.

Qualifications
- Proven relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong accounting, analytical, problem‑solving & communication skills with a hands‑on approach.
- Strong team player with a professional/positive personal presence, able to work across functions and locations, engaging beyond the Finance Function.
- Ability to adjust to varying priorities in a dynamic environment, work under pressure and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage‑self.
- Fluent in English and Italian in bot
