Sephora Italy is seeking a Profilo Manager who is empathetic, flexible and strongly business‐driven with a customer‐satisfaction focus. You will guide and develop a team through listening and positive relationships, solving challenging situations.
You will oversee floor management across makeup, skincare, fragrances and Sephora Collection, support Store Manager and Beauty Advisor communication, and contribute to commercial and HR strategy while monitoring KPIs to achieve results.
