For our manufacturing plant in Soliera (MO), we are looking for a Sales Account Manager – Electric Motors , reporting to the Global Sales Director.
Job Purpose
To drive profitable revenue growth and expand the Company's presence in target markets by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting electric motor solutions.



The role serves as the primary commercial interface between customers and the organization, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage business relationships with assigned customers across Material Handling, Construction Equipment, Off-Highway, Aerial Work Platforms, Agriculture, Ground Support Equipment, Cleaning, e-Mobility, Marine, and related industries.
Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and the expansion of existing customer accounts.
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and other key customers.
Achieve assigned sales, growth, profitability, and market share targets.
Serve as the primary commercial interface between customers and the organization, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and market requirements, proposing suitable technical and commercial solutions.
