Following an initial training period, the candidate will join the Metrology team as a Mechatronic Engineer Intern, contributing to the development, testing, and validation of equipment for the automated inspection of semiconductor components.
As a Mechatronic Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for:
Selection and testing of key components Mechanical and electrical design Definition of system specifications Testing and validation of the final system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong theoretical technical background
- Hands-on experience and practical skills
