Job Description

Trevi SpA is hiring for construction sites in Italy:

Concrete Pump Operators

Required Skills

Ensure the integrity and wall thickness of the pipes.
Ensure the proper condition of joints and gaskets.
Ensure the correct positioning of the equipment.
Verify site accessibility and trafficability.
Verify material compliance with technical specifications.
Monitor pumping operations and report any anomalies.
Oversee final operations (equipment rearrangement, cleaning, and washing).
Comply with safety procedures.
Support the manager in the activities of the Function.
Have knowledge of the vehicle's operation and maintenance manual.
Have knowledge of project quality standards and complete quality control forms.
Possess electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical knowledge.




Be capable of properly positioning equipment (layout, orientation, machine stability, and use of steel plates/mats).
Have knowledge of the preparatory phases prior to concrete pouring (connections, bentonite lubrication, etc.).
Be able to assess the pumpability of the concrete discharged into the hopper.
Have knowledge of routine maintenance procedures and final cleaning operations (hopper, pipelines, etc.).
