A customer-facing role where you will understand clients’ challenges and objectives to offer the right mix of chemistry, equipment, services, and digital solutions—helping them reduce freshwater usage and maximize operational and sustainability performance.
The chance to join a dynamic and ambitious sales team driving growth, innovation,
and value across the Nalco Water Light Industry division.
Lead business development activities in the Data Center and High Tech segments across Europe.
Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, water efficiency, and innovation.
Conduct proactive prospecting: generate qualified leads, visit non‑buying customers, and expand Ecolab’s presence in the market.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting high‑priority opportunities.
Build strong networks and establish relationships with key decision makers and technical influencers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical teams, marketing, operations, supply chain) to secure new business and support complex proposals.
6+ years of successful B2B industrial sales experience with a consultative approach.
