Temmler Italia S.r.l., part of the Aenova Group, is seeking a Head of HR to oversee human resources at the Carugate plant (about 200 employees). The role requires a strong on-site presence and close collaboration with all departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.
You will lead recruitment, payroll coordination, labor relations, training programs, and performance management while promoting a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace. Fluency in English is required.
