Senior Legal Counsel

Location: Remote from EMEA
Reporting to: Head of Legal

Your mission

* Manage entity setups, inter-company agreements, and comprehensive corporate
housekeeping, executing changes and meeting deadlines alongside the
Compliance Team and local CSPs.

* Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements (including B2B, SaaS,
licensing, marketing, and contractor deals) and handle redlines directly with
counterparties.

* Build out reports, standard terms, contract templates, and foundational legal
documentation independently from the ground up.

* Oversee IP management and maintain the centralized trademark register,
coordinating with external agents for new filings.

* Act as the go-to legal advisor for quick questions from internal business
teams and serve as the primary liaison with CSPs.

What You Bring

* Law degree.

* 5+ years of experience, most of it senior-level, with real hands-on contract
drafting across different kinds of business arrangements.





* Solid corporate law background in multi-jurisdictional environment.

* Experience in iGaming (or fintech/payments).

* Fluent English, spoken and written.

* Can work independently and build things from scratch.

* Flags problems and open questions clearly, escalating.
