Experteer Overview As Senior Finance Manager at BIC World, you will own the full finance scope for strategic commercial growth. You partner with Sales, Marketing and the Leadership Team to drive profitability through robust planning, GTN management and performance insights. You lead financial control, compliance and the finance team, balancing hands‐on execution with strategic influence. This role offers shaping financial strategy across Europe and delivering measurable business impact.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Strategic finance business partnering within the Country Leadership Team and cross-functional groups to inform decisions and drive ROI
- Oversee GTN management, including trade spend, discounts and promotions; contribute to P&L; reviews for customers and channels
- Lead P&L; ownership for the French entity, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing with performance variance analysis
- Ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance, internal controls, cash flow and working capital management, and payroll coordination with HR
- Collaborate with FP&A;, GBS, Supply Chain,



and Group Finance; support investment cases and strategic initiatives
- Develop and coach the Finance team; drive process standardization and efficiency improvements
- Improve financial tools, data governance, and systems (ERP and planning tools); deliver dashboards and automation opportunities

Responsabilità
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Strong xrdztoy ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
- Proven business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Experience in GTN management, P&L; ownership, and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management, storytelling with financial data, and executive presentation skills
- Strong analytical, risk identification and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Resilience, ethics, and high attention to detail with big-picture thinking
