Junior Controller

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with a strong focus on cost control, performance analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze production costs, variances, and profitability
- Prepare monthly financial analysis on results identifying corrective actions and improvement plans
- Manage monthly reporting closures in accordance with Group accounting policies under IFRS Analysis of deviations between budget/forecast and actual data
- Support budgeting, forecasting
- Partner with operations and sales to improve cost efficiency and operational performance
- Analyze inventory, standard costs, and manufacturing KPIs




- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in controlling within a manufacturing/industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and industrial processes
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €27,000.00 - €30,000.00 per year
