Value Engineer

Your Responsibilities
- Promote and coordinate value engineering initiatives within the R&D; department
- Sponsor and drive development for value improvement, cost and complexity reduction
- Organize and lead technical cross-functional workshops, aimed at enhancing value and reducing costs
- Fertilize a culture of continuous improvement and value engineering inside the R&D; and across departments
- Define & implement methodologies to understand strengths & weaknesses of different players
- Establish and improve tools for teardown analysis and idea generation
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in electrical engineeering, electronics, mechatronics or similar
- Proven experience in product development and validation of electronic devices
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers of electronic devices
- Proficiency in value engineering methodologies, leading complex value improvement projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong teamworking skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical teams
- Leadership qualities to guide and motivate teams
- Fluent in English, Italian and/or German would be an advantage

- Total compensation: € 64.000 - € 96.000 including 30% variable premio based on goal achievement
