Role Description
The Volunteer will support project teams in Milan on a full-time, on-site basis. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with data collection and documentation, helping organize and maintain project files, and supporting the implementation of digital solutions for business process efficiency. The role can involve collaborating with technical and business staff, participating in meetings, and preparing simple reports or summaries under guidance. The Volunteer may also help with administrative support and coordination activities related to ongoing projects and internal initiatives. This position is designed for individuals interested in gaining experience in a tech-driven environment focused on enterprise operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to assist with basic data management, documentation, and organizational tasks.
- Comfort working with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in technology, business processes, and areas such as supply chain, asset management, or cyber security.
- Ability to work on-site in Milan on a full-time schedule.
- Educational background in engineering, computer science, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in Italian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
