Dandsolutions is a consulting firm specialising in process engineering and business transformation for the financial services industry.

We support banks, asset managers and financial intermediaries across process reengineering, Transfer Agency, middle-office operations, fund administration and digital transformation.

Our approach combines operational, regulatory and technological expertise, with a particular focus on Blockchain, Distributed Ledger Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud-based financial infrastructures.

To support the development of our activities, we are looking for a:
- Business Process Analyst
- Transfer Agency, Private Equity, SPVs & Digital Assets

The role

The successful candidate will contribute to the analysis, formalisation and improvement of operational processes related to investment funds, investment vehicles and private-market transactions.





The role sits at the intersection of financial operations, business analysis and technology. The candidate will be expected to understand complex business requirements and translate them into structured processes, functional requirements and practical digital solutions.

The candidate will also contribute to Dandsolutions’ innovation projects involving asset tokenisation, DLT infrastructures, smart contracts and the use of Artificial Intelligence within financial operations.

Key responsibilities

* Analyse Transfer Agency and fund administration processes.

* Map operational workflows relating to subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, investor registers and corporate actions.

* Support projects involving Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate and other alternative investment funds.

* Analyse the structure and operational processes of SPVs and other investment vehicles.

* Identify operational inefficiencies, risks
