Working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will design architectures, deliver impactful demonstrations, and guide complex technical decisions.

Your expertise will help organizations adopt open standards, improve reliability, and maximize the value of their observability strategies.

Accountabilities




As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will take ownership of designing technical solutions, supporting enterprise engagements, and helping customers successfully adopt advanced observability practices. You will act as a technical bridge between customer needs and product capabilities while contributing insights that shape future developments.
- Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and modern distributed systems practices.
- Translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable, reliable, and maintainable technical implementations.
- Create and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) that demonstrate technical value and validate solutions in real-world environments.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and architecture discussions tailored to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
