The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of Corporate Governance, IFRS Reporting, Finance Compliance and Group Audit Coordination across an international technology group.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.



You will play a key role in strengthening the Group's governance and financial reporting framework while supporting our continued international growth.

This is a senior individual contributor position. Although the role currently has no direct reports, it carries significant visibility, autonomy and responsibility across the organisation. You will work closely with executive leadership, external auditors, tax advisers and accounting providers, becoming the reference point for governance and IFRS matters throughout the Group.

Your Responsibilities

*Group IFRS Reporting & Audit*
- Coordinate the annual IFRS consolidation process.
- Manage Group reporting packages, intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.
- Coordinate the annual external audit and statutory audit activities.
- Prepare technical accounting papers and accounting policy documentation.
- Maintain and develop Group accounting policies in accordance with IFRS.
- Liaise with external accounting advisers on
